After considerable research, since I am an engineer, I found the Postech screwpile technology a superior was to support a new structure in somewhat sandy soil. Buried cement columns or sonotubes just wouldn't do. Jesse and Jonathan assessed the 12 x 36 structure and made a good recommendation for locations of each pile. They also provided screwpile supports for the outer wall of the walkout basement. The work was precise, and the piles were driven deeply enough to insure no sinking over the next 40 years. The price was affordable for the superior support of the ner deck and roof. They were excellent to work with and got it done in a short amount of time. Do I recommend their service? Despite unfavorable site conditions, the screw piles were accurately installed and the team worked hard to meet our scheduling requirements. We plan on using them again in the future!
